3. Ordering & Payment

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We accept payments via UPI, online banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, or on-screen confirmation.
• Minimum order amounts may apply for certain product categories.

4. Delivery

• We deliver within select areas of Bangalore, Karnataka. Please check our delivery coverage before placing an order.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address.
• If the customer is unreachable at the time of delivery, we reserve the right to mark the order as delivered.
