Delivery Overview
At Manu's LunchBox, all food is freshly prepared in our home kitchen and delivered directly to your doorstep. We use our own in-house delivery team to ensure food quality, hygiene, and timely delivery.

For sweets & snacks orders to locations outside Bangalore, we partner with India Post / Professional Courier for safe and timely delivery.

Delivery Charges
- School & Office Lunch: Free delivery within service areas.
- Sweets & Snacks (Bangalore): Free delivery on orders above ₹750. Orders below ₹750 may attract a delivery charge of ₹30–₹50 depending on distance.
- Sweets & Snacks (Outstation): Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Typically ₹80–₹200.
Packaging
- School lunches: Delivered in eco-friendly reusable steel lunchboxes (collected next day).
- Office meals: Delivered in sealed, food-safe containers.
- Sweets & Snacks: Packed in airtight, food-grade packaging to ensure freshness. Outstation orders use double-layered protective packaging.
Delivery Issues
- If your order is delayed by more than 30 minutes, please contact us immediately.
- If the food is damaged during transit, report within 1 hour with a photo for a full refund or replacement.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, natural calamities, or city-wide disruptions.
